  1. OK.. let me start my investment story tale from the beginning of my childhood. Since very small, I was encouraged to save money. I was told to live on the interests gain and let the assets grow.
If you are a bumiputra, my bumiputra friends will tell me that all must open an ASB account.
In order to open a ASB account it is very easy.
    Steps:
    1) Go to Post Office, bring along RM 100 (minimum).
    2) Given the IC card, officer will check the Bumiputra status first.
    3) All the process will not take longer than 20 minutes.
    4) You are then given the investment booklet to keep track of the savings.
    5) After that, bring some money RM 1 (minimum) for additional investment at Post Office
    6) Investment booklet will be updated.

ASB unit price is fixed RM 1 for 1 unit
Public Mutual Unit Price are different. Gains are

There is a limit in the ASB investment, while Public Mutual has no limit. Up to date, Public Mutual funds still lead the awards for best funds.
